great video as a German-English 20 year old living in Liverpool, i can’t
really say too much without being accused of bias from either Nation.
HOWEVER, i will say this… Absolutely nothing equals a good old
Germany/England game, absolutely NOTHING. Whether it’s 5-1 England, or a
tense penalty shootout win for Germany (as it usually is), lets hope for
many more meetings in the future.
Thanx for this great documentary. I am looking forward to EURO 2008 but
without the English boys it will not be the same. I do not want to win the
cup against teams that are not even European. EURO 2008 has lost its spirit
without the English.
may both teams make it to south africa and give us another thrilling
episode of football history… and may the better (or more lucky^^) team

you have the right of it, 7111nailuj. i am english born and mostly german
raised, lived in both countries, and can truly say we have far more in
common than the other way round. it’s cool to see that nowadays the eternal
reactionists are becoming more and more extinct… healthy rivalry on
sports grounds is a cool thing, but having spent the past three years
amongst english, french, spanish and whatnots and not having witnessed a
single bashing because of one’s nationality is even cooler.

Unlike most English people i dont have any bad feeling towards Germany. Ive
spoken to Germans and your pretty similar to us. Were slightly jealous of
your Sport and your jealous of our Music so fair is fair. I love the
matches between our countries, however always get disappointed because we
normally lose 🙁

plus Germany has a population thats is nearly 40 % more.. plus has more and
much better training fascilliities plus has the advantage ( big advantage )
of having won the cup three times previously.. its that simple….its
becoming an obsession for brazil italy and germany nowadays ….the balance
is lost unfortunately…. let priorities prevail and not vice versa
